  1. There are many tricks played on Hallow Eve night. One of these is a trick with an apple and an onion.
    You put an onion and an apple on the table, and blind-fold two boys, and get them to search for the apple with their mouths, and the boy that has his apple eaten first gets sixpence. The boy that bites the onion, has to eat it, and gets no money.
