  1. Holy Wells in the Parish of Saggart.
There are three holy wells in the Parish of Saggart. Saint Patrick's well, Tobar Seanán and Tobar Moling. Saint Patrick's well is situated about a mile from the village of Saggart. It is about ten minutes walk from the school. It is at the bottom of a field (Cullen's field). If one wanted to go to it they would go down a little lane opposite Mahon's lane and then across a field. It is supposed to cure toothache. People get water out of it for the use of house. people do not go visiting the well now.
