"What do you want for it" says the landlord five pounds says he "it was in our family for years, an heirloom." "Ill take it" says the landlord so he pays him the five pounds over the counter. The bag ws so well tied round the mouth that it took the landlord a half hour to undo it. By that time the two lads were miles away before the landlord came to his senses at what had happened.
