has the churning finished, she gathers the butter by rocking it. Then she takes it up with a little wooden dish. And then she puts it in to a big butter dish to make it. Before she puts it into the big butter dish she has to scald it, and also scald the spades that is used when butter making.

When she is making the butter she mixes salt through it and then she makes it into (bracks) bricks. And she sometimes sell it, when they have alot of cows.
When the butter is taken of the milk that is called butter milk. Which is used for drinking and for pigs.
