    Here is another prayer to be said before going to sleep at night.
    "O my God I lie down to sleep,
    I give my heart and soul to God to keep,
    If I rise now or ever I will give my heart and soul to God for ever
    Four corners on my bed,
    Four hold Angels around me spread
    St. Matthew St. Mark St Luke St. John,
    God bless this bed that I lie on"
    Here is another prayer said before going to bed at night is:-
    "God the Father bless me
    Jesus Christ defend and keep me
    The Virtue of the Holy Ghost
    Enliven and sanctify me
    This night and for ever Amen"
