  1. Cure for Whooping Cough
An herb called “Our Ladies Chalice” cures the whooping cough. It is got on a rock on the Comeragh mountains. It is a sort of moss with a flower like a chalice growing on it. The herb is boiled and the water is drained off and drunk by the patient
