    There was an old woman living in Coolnahorna Clonea. She cured ringworm with a red stick, she twisted the red stick opposite to sore. To have cure successful, presents were brought to her.
    Cure for Skin disease
    There was a (m) woman called Mrs Mooney living in Ross Rathgormac, Carrick-on-Suir. She cured skin disease with quick silver. The quick silver was wrapped in a flannel belt. This flannel belt was tied around the patient’s body next to the skin.
