    was a canal made at the lower end of this field to take water to the mill. The is no trace of this anywhere along the route except where is crosses our glen and even there it is hidden from view with furzes and briars.
    There is a stone just over the top of our hill called the Fear Bréige as it resembles a man when seen in the distance.
    Our farm is situated at the northern slope of Cruaghaurn hill.
