    Put about four spoonfuls of sugar in the water. Cut a couple of slices from a turnip and put them into the bowl of water. Leave it steep for the night. When you get up in the morning drink the water off the turnip and you will soon be without a cough.

    Corn. If you keep ivy leaves around a corn for nine days would cure it.
    Measles. Saffron is a cure for the measles.
    Chin Cough. If you run under a (mare) assfour times it would cure the chin cough. If you give a mare ass that is rearing a foal bread pick up the crumbs that would fall out of the ass'es mouth and
