This is the story (in) which is told of how the robin got his red breast.
Long, long ago, when our Lord was being crucified, and nailed to a cross, a little robin was sitting under the cross, and three drops of blood fell.
However, one drop happened to fall on the robin's breast.
This is the story that I heard about the robin.
