When the robin shelters itself under a bush it is a sign of rain.
When the frog is dressed in a bright brown coat it is a sign of fine weather
When the goats come home from the hill it is a sure sign of bad weather.
When the crows fly hither, and thither it is a sign of a storm.
When the swallows fly low it is a sign of rain
When the curlews are crying in the evening we are sure to have bad weather
