    About sixty years ago a man near Millstreet came to Mountain Castle. At that time the 'Sean-bheists' and the 'Carabhats' were fighting.

    About sixty years ago a man near Millstreet came to Mountain Castle. At that time the 'Sean-Bheists' and the 'Carabhats' were fighting. The man, however, was a Sean-Bheist and after the fair he played football with them against the Carabhats.
    After some time he had an argument with a Carabhat. They fought and the Sean-Bheist won. When the Sean-Bheist was returning he crossed the river and bent down to wash his wound. Suddenly his foe came behind him. Lifting up a heavy stone from the ground he hit him on the head and laid his rival dead on the ground.
