  1. Long ago a man went to plough a liss. He went out very early in the morning. When he was going in to the field he heard the noise coming behind. He looked behind him but saw nothing. He went away and heard the noise again. He worked all day. But when it was time to stop the horses were tired. He put them into the stable that night but the were dead next morning. He never ploughed the field again.
