    If you were in a field after nine o'clock at night you would be struck by the fairies.
    It is not right to sweep the floor with a new sweeping brush in May because they say you would be sweeping out your luck.
    You should not white-wash in May.
    When you are bringing out a baby you should put salt down its back to keep the fairies from harming it.
