There is a herb which grows on the moss.

There is a herb which grows on the moss. It is called the Virgin's Chalice and is shaped like a chalice. It is coloured yellow. It is a cure for the whooping cough. It is said that if it is boiled in water and drank (three 'slugs' of it) that it would cure the whooping cough forever.
But before one drinks the water one should bury the leaves that are left. If this is not done it would not cure rightly.
