    To stop a cut from bleeding keep it in cold water until it stops.
    When the old people got headaches they used bathe their foreheads with cold water.
    A remedy for a cut is to put the smooth side of an ivy leaf to it and the rough side of an ivy leaf will draw a cut.
    When the old people had boils they used to put soap and sugar to them.

  2. A cure for warts is to rub a snail to them and then put the snail on a white-thorn bush for three weeks and if the snail will wither the warts will cure.
    A remedy for consumption is to drink the water of boiled dandelions.
    A remedy for Yellow Jaundice is to drink sheep's milk.
    A cure for a cough is to go to a spring well early in the morning and bring a teaspoon of salt and put the salt in a cup of water.
