    Ringworm
    A poultice of boiled starch is a very good cure for ringworm
    Wildfire
    The old people used to say that ink is a very good cure for wildfire
    Whooping Cough
    To drink donkey's milk was a favourite cure long ago for whooping cough.
    Rheumatism
    Boil birch leaves and mix the juice of the leaves with turpentine. this the cure for Rheumatism.
    Thrush
    When children get the thrush the old people say that honey is the best cure for it.
    Holy Well
    There is a well in Curraghroche and if a person went to the well before sunrise in the morning and drank the water, it is a great cure for any kind of pain.
