  1. In olden times people used to cure the diseases in different ways.
    Toothache was cured by putting a frog into ones mouth three times and if he squealed the three times the toothache was cured.
    Thrush was cured by a child that never saw its father.
    Scaletina was cure by milk left after a ferret.
    If a person had sore eyes and went to a holy well and have the true faith in the water they would be cured.
    If you were going with the fairies or got a stroke by being out late at night , to pull a weed before the sun would rise would cure it.
    The seventh son would be a doctor.
    The cure for the whooping cough is to drink donkey's milk.
    If a child was not able to walk, the child was brought to a blacksmith. The blacksmith
