    Hide and Seek is a game which most children play at home and in school. One child would be shut away from all the rest. All the other children would go a-hide. A certain place, a tree, a wall or door was chosen as 'den'. One child would call that all the rest were a-hide. The seeker would leave his den and search for one of those a-hide.
