  1. Travelling people still call to my district and have been doing so for many years. They appear to be poor and some of them sell small articles. They are generally welcome to my district and the people buy from them. They do not remain in my district but they go away again and some obtain lodgings in the small towns. They take food with them and they accept any alms they would get.
