“A tailor by the name of John Mangan lived about three miles from my home in Camphire one hundred years ago.”
(continued from previous page)of John Mangan lived about three miles from my home in Camphire one hundred years ago. He was working busily one day when the Elephant gave him a call. The Elephant put his nose in the window and the tailor pricked him with the needle.
The Elephant got angry and went to the well and filled his trunk with water and came back again to the window. He threw the water up on the tailor and the tailor was drowned wet and all the clothes were saturated.
