  1. The Landlords.
    There were two landlords in this district the Woods and the Tobins. The Woods were the head landlords and the Tobins were the sub landlords. These families were settled in this district about a hundred years ago.
    The Woods were very good landlords. They did not even evict one tenant as long as they were landlords. But the Tobins were very bad landlords, because they evicted many poor people out of their lands when they had not the money or the value of it for rent.
