  1. The most of the people in our district wear boots. The only people that do not are the tinkers. They go in their bare feet in winter and summer. The feet are generally washed with water that is got in the bog. People say that if the feet are washed in bog water it will cure the corns. There is no shoe-maker in our district now. There was once one of the name of Pat Kilkurs of Windsor.
