  1. About four years ago, I was coming from Bangor Fair. I was driving four calves home. As I was within about a mile of 'Corick the dusk of evening began to fall. There is a gullet in this part of the road and as you'd say, just as the cattle came to the gullet, they stopped al of a sudden. I did not know in the world wide the reason for his strange carry on. I tried to force them across, but devil a good was in it. One of the calves was more "freckend" (frightened) then th' others.
