    We play a lot of games at school and at home. We play some games indoor and some more outdoor. Some of the games we play are Nuts in May, Frog in the middle, High windows, Corners Dallog, and Hares and dens. We play Nuts and May outdoor. The way we play it is, First we make a ring then we halve it putting some of the big children and the small ones on one side and the same amount on the other side. One side then say
    Here we go gathering nuts in May
    Nuts in May, Nuts in May
    Here we go gathering nuts in May
    On a cold and frosty morning
    Then the other side say
    Who will we have for nuts in May
    Nuts in May, Nuts in May
    Who will we have for nuts in May
    On a cold and frosty morning
    The first side then names some person. The other side then says
    Who will have to fetch her away
    Fetch her away, Fetch her away
    Who will have to fetch her away
    On a cold and frosty morning
    They name some body then the person on one side tries to pull the person on the other side across to their side. Who ever succeeds
