    The Leipreachan.
    The Leipreachan is known in this localty by the name luragan. He is a tidy little man about a foot high. On his head he wears a green hat with a high peak on it, he also wears a red little coat and a red trousers he wears a pair of shoes with the toes turned up. He lives in a fort and sometimes under hills and in lonesome places.
    His usual occupation is making fairy shoes and mending them. He uses a lot of instruments when he is working, these are a last, hammer, an awl, and a lot of other things. While he is working he sits on a little stool under a mushroom or under a bush. While working he hums little tunes and keeps time to them with his hammer on the little shoes. He keeps his two eyes around him while he is woking in fear that any human being
