  1. There was once a woman who used to spin thread. This night when all the family were gone to bed she started to spin as usual.
    It was not long until she heard a knock at the door and she went back and opened it and in walked a fairy with one horn. The woman was alarmed on seeing the fairy but to her amazement in walked another fairy with two horns and in a few minutes after, in walked a third fairy with three horns,
