    My grandmother who has a churn told me that churning is a very old custom.

    My grandmother who has a churn told me that churning is a very old custom she told me that when any body is making a churn if a person came in to the house in the meantime they should say God bless the work or else take a while are churn or if they don't it is said that they will take away the butter or water or let any thing out of the house if they do they wont have much butter or it will do harm to the churn.
