IIIIWhen a sudden squall came o'er each yawl and the sea in anger rose.First warning of the tempest soon over them would close.With night and main through storm and rain the boats to harbour flew.With musceles wrought the tempest fought each proved a worthy crew.
IIIIIBut one lone boat was missing when her comrades reached the shore.Their piteous cries of no avail against the tempest deafening roar.Yet manfully they struggled through that awful surging main.Till a cruel rock concealed from sight Rent its gallant craft in twain.
