One night McDonagh's dog at home was barking and tearing until the people had to open the door and let out the dog. The dog came on and met him at the bridge. When he came out the Castlerea gate, He walked one side of him.
    When not far down from the bridge. He heard a noise and a barrel rolled out on the road before him. The dog sprang at it and it was knocking roars out of the dog, further down the road
