    Once up on a time there lived a widow and her son in Kilcumin.

  2. The boxty bread is made by grating potatoes. To make a grater ye get a piece of tin about six inches each way. All around the inside is bored with nail holes and about an inch around the selvege left without any holes.
    Then get a piece of a board four inches wide six inches
