    off with hatchets, others are piling the trunks for the truck to bring them to the saw-mill.
    Those blocks or trunks are piled by the saw-mill. Then they are cut into convenient pieces such as: Stakes for paling wire, cases for electric bulbs spokes and felloes for cart wheels, spools, ceiling boards, rafters and staves. The work begins at eight, lunch hour is from one until two and the work ceases at twenty minutes to six. They have electric bulbs in (sum) Winter.
    The work-men live in timber-huts as the people live in Norway and Sweden.
