cake which is about half an inch thick into "farals" which means quarters. Leave it to bake for three quarters of an hour.

The liquid which is left after the grated potatoes is used for startch.

Get a dozen large potatoes. Boil and peel them well. Put them into a basin. Add flour, - salt, - and butter. Break the potatoes and mix all the ingredients together. Make it into "farals" and bake in a greased pan for half-an-hour.
