    Mr. Tom Collins owns the forge in Caratrasna, Carrowmore, Lacken, Ballina. All his ancestors were smiths and they had the present forge.
    These smiths use sledges, hammers, nails, anvil, pincers and billows. The roof is of tar barrels flattened out and covered with felt. There is a full oblong shaped door on it. There is a thatched roof and full door on the one in Foghill. There is a thatched roof on the one in Caratrasna and a full door (on the one in),
