  1. There was once a poor man and he had three cows for sale. He went to England to sell them at a fair. Some buyers came up to him and asked him how much did he want for the goats.
    He said they were not goats but they were cows. They kept at him for some time. He said to himself they are all saying they are goats. He sold one of them for the price of a goat. So he went home and told his wife all.
    She was angry with him for what he had done, "Well," said he "then,
