  1. The old people had many old customs. They used to play a lot of tricks on November night. They used to pull cabbage and throw it at other peoples doors. They used also pull turnips and throw ditches.
    They also played indoor games. They used to get three saucers and put clay on one water on the other and a ring on the third. Then they put a "dallog" on some ones face and it they put their hands on the water they would cross the seas. If they put them on the clay they would die before the year would be out. If on the ring they put their hands they would be married first.
