She puts some of the milk into a basin. She leaves it there until it gets sour. When It is sour she skims the cream off it into a bucket for the purpose. In the end of the week she makes a churning. - In (Winter) Summer we churn twice a week. In Winter we only churn once. When my mother is going to churn. She puts the cream into the churn.(continues on next page)
