    gives it to them. We milk them early in the morning. When we milk them we bring the milk into the kitchen. Then my mother strains it. So as to take out any ribs or dirt.
    She puts some of the milk into a basin. She leaves it there until it gets sour. When It is sour she skims the cream off it into a bucket for the purpose. In the end of the week she makes a churning.
