  1. In olden times the people eat only three meals a day breakfast dinner and supper. People worked a few hours each morning before they eat any food.
    The usual breakfast consisted of potatoes and milk or porridge and milk.
    Potatoes were eaten at every meal when the people had to eat.
    People who hud milk always drank milk with potatoes.
