  1. The animals we have at home are the horse, cows, sheep, ass, hens, ducks and pigs.
    The horse - The name of the house that we have for the horse is called the "stable". The bedding we have for him is straw. When we haven't straw we put ferns, heather and bad hay under him. Other people have rushes for their horses. In winter he gets turnips, mangolds and rye-grass to eat. We have a horse's shoe hung on the door for luck.
