    her shroud from her so that she could not return to the sea. He used to hide it in the stack of oats every year. They had three sons and one day they saw their father hiding the shroud in a stack of oats. Shortly afterwards when he went to town one of the children told their mother that they saw their father putting a white cloth into a stack of oats. She immediately understood that it was her shroud and set work to find it.
    When she found it she went towards the sea at Enniscrone bringing with her the three children, but before entering the water she struck them with a wand and turned them into three rocks.
