There was a leabaid Diarmuda in Mr. John Gilmartin's field, Currower, Ballina, some years ago. It was so called, because here Diarmud and his wife Grainne slept.
The bed was a flagged one, about six feet long and about three feet wide, and there was a flag covering the bed which was sunk in the ground.
