Now Prince, you must first of all sing for me one of your best Irish songs so that I can take a record of it which I can put on a gramophone. Next, you must tell me one of your good old Irish fairy tales. I will also take a record of that and place both of them in your sleeping-room so that as my father and mother are planning your murder the song and the story will deceive them; and in the meantime you and I will be making our escape to Erin.”
