    Agricultural Implements and methods now and long ago.
    During the last sixty or seventy years there has come a great change in agricultural implements. A farmer now can turn as much land in a day as a farmer long ago could do in a week.
    About sixty years ago a farmer had to turn all his land with the "Láig". Nearly all the land is turned with the plough now. In some places where the land is rocky the people still turn it with a spade or "Láig".
