  1. About one hundred years ago there lived (to) two brothers in the townland of Carracastle.
    One night when one of the brothers was coming hime from the fair of Kiltimagh he saw a white object on the side of the road. At first he thought it was a man coming from the fair that was waiting for him.
    With the fright he got when he went up to the white object he fainted. When he recovered he went home. Next day he told his story to the priest.
    The priest went to the place next night. When he reached next night. When he reached the place where the man was seen he met him and he asked him what did he want.
