  1. The pot of Gold.
    It is believed that there is a pot of Gold hidden in a fort in Doogara about three miles from the school. The ground above where the Gold is hidden is shaped to resemble a crock.
    It is not known by whom it was hidden, but it is said that anybody who finds the crock will die instantly. On that account it has been left there hidden through the ages and no attempt has been made to find it. It is said that
