    Long ago the people used to get a ball of wool, go to a lime-kiln and unwind the ball of wool, call the devil three times and run as fast as possible to the house. It is said that if the person is not at the house before the devil's knife is stuck in the door it would be stuck through him.
    It is also said that if a girl peels an apple before the mirror and while she is peeling it if she looks into the mirror she will see her life-partner standing behind her.
    A ball of lead is taken and melted on the fire into liquid
