  1. There was once a man and a woman going to the fair with a cow. When they were half way to the fair they met a man and he had an old cow with him. He asked the woman and man for their cow. They refused to give him the cow and with that the man go very angry. The man said he would be very thankful to them if they would give him a cow. So they gave him the cow and he gave them the old one.
    He told them an old man would die in the village before the end of the week. It was the ghost of the old man that they had and the old man died before the week was out.
