    2. The mearing waters before sunrise on Monday and Thursday was supposed to cure this as well as Ringworm.
    Lying in Fever.
    Soup if wild birds was the infallible cure. (Boiled whole, - feathers and all)
    Dust in Eye:-
    1. Get a person to put his tongue in the eye and it will remove the dust.
    2. Get a nursing Mother to put the milk into the eye and it will take out the dust.
    3. Make the sign of the cross on your eye nine times and the dust will come out.
