Sty in the eye:-
For a sty in the eye get nine gooseberry thorns point them at the sty. Then bury the thorns and the sty will disappear.
To make teeth grow straight:-
A burned coal and a pinch of salt put on a child's tooth after falling and thrown across the right shoulder make the new teeth grow straight.
A running sore:-
A fasting spit thrown on the hearth and rubbed on a running sore cut cures it.
Cutting teeth:-
A black pullet's egg given to a baby who has cut the first tooth makes the other teeth come easier.
Rheumativ:-
Rheumatic is cured by lying on a bed of nettles.
Bun walla:-
A poltice of cow's manure is the cure for a Bun walla.
Cuts and sores:-
An herb in the field called comfrey is good for cuts and sores
Infection of Gum:-
A drawn tooth is supposed to be thrown over the left shoulder as a cure against infection of gum.
Whooping Cough:-
A man on a white horse can give a cure for whooping cough
Sting of a wasp:-
