  1. On St. Stephen's Day boys and even grown up boys gather together in some appointed place and arrainge for the day. Then the go in procession from house to house wearing fantastic garments, and carrying with them some musical instruments. They dance and sing and play music and then the person of the house gives them money. They do likewise in every house until evening comes. Then they distribute the money evenly amongst them. They spend the mony privately amongst themselves.
